Orbit Zero Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 7, 2026

Privacy questions and data deletion requests can be sent to tentaciahelp@gmail.com.

1. Who we are

Tentacia ("we", "us", or "our") develops and publishes Orbit Zero. This Privacy Policy explains how Orbit Zero handles information when you play the game or use its online leaderboard.

2. Information processed by Orbit Zero

Orbit Zero does not ask for your real name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone, or payment information. To provide the online leaderboard, the game processes:

3. Information stored only on your device

Game progress, unlocked levels, crystal balance, owned and equipped cosmetics, daily mission progress, streak information, local best score, generated callsign, pending score sync data, and the anonymous session are stored locally on your device. We do not receive these local values unless a value is specifically sent for the online leaderboard as described above.

4. How we use information

We use the limited information described above to:

We do not sell this information and do not use it for targeted advertising or marketing profiles.

5. Service provider

Orbit Zero uses Supabase to provide anonymous authentication, database hosting, and leaderboard functionality. Information sent to the leaderboard is processed by Supabase on our behalf. Our Supabase project is configured in Europe. Supabase may also process operational data according to its own infrastructure and subprocessor arrangements. You can read the Supabase Privacy Policy.

6. Public leaderboard

Your generated callsign, best score, and rank can be visible to other authenticated Orbit Zero players. We do not intentionally publish your anonymous user identifier, IP address, run duration, or authentication logs.

7. Security

Leaderboard traffic is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. Database access is restricted using authentication and row-level security policies. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we use reasonable technical measures designed to protect the limited information processed by the game.

8. Retention

Leaderboard and anonymous authentication records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the leaderboard, maintain score integrity, prevent abuse, resolve technical or legal issues, or until the data is no longer needed. We do not currently delete anonymous records solely because an installation has been inactive for a particular period. We will update this policy before introducing a scheduled inactive-account cleanup policy.

9. Data deletion requests

Orbit Zero does not offer email/password registration or a user-facing account creation flow. You may still request deletion of leaderboard data associated with your installation by contacting Tentacia at the privacy contact below. Because the records are pseudonymous, we may need information available from the installed game to verify that the record belongs to your installation.

Uninstalling Orbit Zero clears locally stored game data from the device in normal circumstances, but it does not automatically notify us or delete an existing Supabase leaderboard or anonymous authentication record.

10. Children's privacy

Orbit Zero does not request real names, contact information, or other user-entered personal information from children. If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information through a support interaction, they may contact us to request review or deletion.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Orbit Zero's features, service providers, or legal obligations change. We will publish the revised policy at this address and update the effective date above.
